Corrections come first

If any figure on this site looks wrong, tell us which page and which number. Every figure here traces to a named source. So a correction gets checked against that source. Then the page gets fixed, or you get an answer with the citation. This is the most useful email you can send us.

Withdrawing a quote request

Did you send a quote request you want withdrawn? Or has nobody contacted you? Email us and we will sort it out with the contractor it went to.

For flooring contractors

Are you a licensed flooring contractor? Email your service area, your license number, and the work you take on. Here is what you would be signing up for, stated plainly, so you can decide before you write.

A lead from this site is a homeowner who filled in the form on one of these pages. It carries their name, phone number, ZIP code, and the job they picked. If they used the calculator first, it also carries their floor size, the service level they chose, the wood, and the condition they reported. That is a scoped job rather than a name on a list.

Each lead goes to one contractor. We do not sell the same request to three companies and let you race for it. The consent the homeowner agrees to names a single flooring contractor, so routing one request to several would break it.

The homeowner pays nothing. You pay a fee for the introduction. We are not a contractor. We do not bid on work and we take no part in the job you quote.

What you will not find here: no reviews, no star ratings, no ranked lists of companies, and no paid placement. There is nothing to buy your way to the top of. The pages earn their traffic on sourcing, and a request goes to whoever covers that ZIP code.

One caveat, since it is the thing you would want asked. This site published in August 2026. It is new, and we will not quote you a lead volume we cannot back with numbers yet. If you want first call on a ZIP code as the traffic builds, say so and we will note it.

We read everything. Expect a reply within a few business days. Corrections usually go faster.
